Over the past few years, Pacman Holdings has become a significant contributor to HVAC&R industry. We are a group of like minded companies with a proud history which spans more than 200 years.

ACQUISITION TIMELINE
Pacman acquires Critical Air
Critical Air started out as McNeall Air Conditioning in 1961. The company focus was on Design and Construct and later a Service/Maintenance division was added to the company, providing a complete package for the customer.
Pacman acquires Stallion Air Conditioning
Stallion Air Conditioning has established itself as a reputable Commercial and Industrial Air Conditioning company that delivers high quality projects and maintenance on time and on budget.
Pacman acquires Velocity Air
Service & Maintenance HVAC company. Velocity Air provide 24 /7 Services. Upgrade installations represents 50% of the business. Commercial and Institutional Clients: Offices, Universities, Hotels, Institutional real estate clients. More than 10,000 units serviced per year.
Pacman acquires Southern Cross Climate Control
Southern Cross Climate Control supply and install air conditioning into large commercial and residential projects. In the last 2 years we completed 3,200 Apartments, including basement carpark and stair pressurisation systems
Pacman acquires IFS Air Conditioning
Estabilished 2002, IFS Air Conditioning supplied and installed air conditioning into more than 30 high rise residential apartment buildings from small low rise buildings to large 30 storey skyscrapers.
